1. How to change employee name and hourly wage
- How to Set Name
- Go to Settings and tap Employee.
- Tap the default name to enter editing mode.
- How to Set Hourly Wage
- Go to Settings and tap Job.
- Tap the default job to input your specific hourly rate.
2. How to add work log
Logging your hours is simple. You can add timesheet each day. You can also add timesheets in batches without enter one day at a time.

3. Night Shifts? No Problem (Midnight Crossing)
Do you work shifts that start at night and end the next morning? Hours Tracker automatically handles time periods that cross midnight. You don't need to create two separate entries for one shift—just set your start time (e.g., 19:00 PM) and your end time (e.g., 3:00 AM next day), and the app calculates the duration correctly.

4. Pay Period Configuration
To get accurate totals for your paychecks, configure your calendar settings:
- First Day of Week: Set whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday.
- Pay Period Type: Select how often you get paid (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, etc.) so your summaries align with your actual payroll cycle.
